At Ristoss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our team is dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ristoss account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
